What it does

Digitising quality you can see — automatic and by hand

Every satin, fill and letter is built from the rules a professional digitiser works by, and checked against professional work stitch by stitch. That is what you are buying: a clean stitch-out, first time.

Auto-digitize — logo in, stitches out

A badge auto-digitized from a JPEG logo
  • Colours matched the way the textile trade matches them — every colour in your artwork takes the nearest thread on your chart, as the eye sees colour, so a red stays a red.
  • Messy artwork, cleaned first — JPEG marks and scanner specks are removed before a single stitch is placed.
  • Thin lines stay crisp — a narrow stroke becomes one clean running line, not a ragged fill.
  • The background goes, your logo’s whites stay — and one click empties any white you want gone.
  • Satin or fill, chosen like a digitiser would — columns up to 7 mm become satin, wider areas a fill with the right underlay.
  • Fills that catch the light — rows laid on a clean diagonal, the underlay crossed beneath them so the two mesh.

By hand, and in every satin the app makes

  • Satin columns cut along every stroke — joints where strokes meet, pivots at the corners, small pieces at the sharpest points.
  • No gaps at the joins — each column carries on under the one it meets, and a closed letter such as an O laps its own start.
  • Smooth curves, no hard ridges — short and long stitches alternate round every bend, on by default.
  • The right underlay, chosen by width — a centre run under narrow columns, a zigzag under wide ones.
  • Crisp edges on every fabric — pull compensation, and one Fabric give slider for knits and stretch.
  • Wide satins that stay flat — switch a column to Wide satin and every bar is split, so no stitch is too long to lie down.
  • Machine-safe files — over-long stitches broken to the machine’s limit, needle strikes removed in one click.
  • Clean backs — travel is walked under later stitching wherever it can hide, instead of being trimmed.

And before you sew: realistic 3D True View and a stitch-by-stitch replay show you what the machine will do — before it does it.
