How the app reaches you

EMTAC Digitising is delivered by download — nothing is posted. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your licence key is e-mailed to the address you bought with, with the link to download the app for Windows.

Install the app, type your licence key when it opens, and you are ready. The first time on a computer, we e-mail a 6-digit code to the same address to confirm it is you.

Need the app again? It is always on our download page: hub.emtacdigitising.com/download.

If your key does not arrive

Look in your spam folder first. If it is not there within an hour, e-mail support@emtacdigitising.com with your order number and we will send it again.

Costs

There is no delivery cost.

If you bought through an agent

Your licence key and the download link are e-mailed to you, at the address your agent gave us — never to your agent — once your agent’s payment is confirmed and the order is complete. The 6-digit code we e-mail the first time the key is used on a computer goes to that same address: the licence is in your name.

If it is not there within an hour of your agent’s purchase, e-mail support@emtacdigitising.com with your name and the e-mail address your agent gave us — the order is your agent’s, so you will not have an order number — and we will send it again.
